A professional sushi chef will bring ingredients to the party at your home or office, and perform sushi making and interact with you and your guests. For any parties or events, Shiro's Sushi will make sure to make it memorable for all your guests.

Request for Estimate

Contact us either by contact form, e-mail to catering@shiros.com, or the phone.
Allow us 14 days prior to the planned event. Three (3) weeks prior to large events.

Confirmation

We will contact you either by e-mail or phone with the estimate based on your request. Make sure to specify your menu preferences ahead of time.

This estimate includes 4 hours of chef's time (1 hour for prep work, 2 hours at the party site, and 1 hour for a round trip to and from the party site), and a sushi display case, wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, napkins, chop-sticks in addition to all the ingredients and required sales tax.

Completion of Reservation

A deposit of 50% of the bill is required at the time of the completion of the reservation. We accept payment by cash, check, or major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB card, Diner's Club Card).
The remaining balance will be due two (2) days prior to the event date.

Date of Event

Our chef will be at your site 30 to 60 minutes before the starting time of the event.

About the fees:
*Essentially we take orders from $1,000. Included in this order are 4 hours of chef's time (1 hour for prep work, 2 hours at the party site, and 1 hour for a round trip to and from the party site), and a sushi show case, wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, napkins, chop-sticks in addition to all the ingredients and required sales tax.
*Additional charges may be required depending on the size of the event and other special considerations.. Cancellation Policies are as follows:
*Deposit of 50% of the bill paid at the time of the completion of your reservation will be returned in full if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the event date.
*Deposit of 50% of the bill paid at the of the completion of your reservation will NOT be returned if cancelled less than 48 hours.

Others:
Make sure to notify us of any changes to your request within three (3) days prior to the event. We may visit the event site beforehand depending on the size of the event.
